That's what I was thinking. As long as you have proof you returned it (tracking #) then ebay is basically saying your covered. If the seller doesn't do it...then I think they/paypal will.

I just wanted to add...

I bought a t-tapp dvd a few months ago on ebay that was fake. I contacted the seller and he didn't even make excuses. Refunded my $$ within minutes of receiving my email....
