If you go to Kathy Smith’s website you can get 12 of her older workouts for only $29.99 (for all 12!). This is a great deal. I have to check and see which ones I have - I think I have most of these already, but I might have to order.

I would get these except I already have them! :) It's a great price. I like doing old workouts from time to time. I appreciate the production value and the choreography that seems to be lacking in most workouts these days.

Thank you for the tip! Some new DVD's to try. Never really did too many Kathy Smith DVD's. I have done the walking DVD in the cowboy outfits and also the Lift 2 be fit. I like both of them so I thought I'd take a chance with these. Merry Christmas!
