Lastics-Feel the Rush Lee Holden 30 Day QG - Day 25 It's been a crazy summer & fall (so far) and I haven't worked out much, except for some short hikes. Feels great to start again with workouts. Felt a lot of anxiety this afternoon. Not sure why, but Lee Holden's QG for Anxiety-Short Version left me smiling and stress-free. |
