Cute! My french bulldog always has to come sit on the step when I try to do a step workout. Or he likes to sit on the rebounder when I pull it out. I understand!

Aww.
But really now....can ya blame that puppy? ;)

(My dog is 10 yrs old....he couldn't care less what I do, LOL. Unless I have food, he'd rather be watching the inside of his eyelids.)

The critter just wants to be with his/her daddy!

Great clip! My year-old cat, Walter, is like that dog. When I'm doing a walk workout, he'll hide beneath the bedding overhang and take swipes at my moving feet and, during a yoga workout, he'll plop down on the mat while I'm in downward dog.

Too cute!! The puppy just wants some love!!

Having accidentally been brushed by a fleeing kettlebell (I dropped one while doing an "around the world" and it came to rest right by his floofy butt - didn't hurt him, but it sure did scare him) Jimmy, my avatar dog, hides in the corner when he sees me pull out the kettlebells. Jack, my mini Aussie likes to sit on the chair and chomp a bone while I work out, so he's safe. :)

I had a foster who was ball crazy. He would put balls on my step or in my path while I worked out. My warm up became finding all of the balls he could possibly put near me.

I have old dogs, too. They could care less. My cat Finnegan, however, is a year old and loves to pounce on my ponytail when I am doing situps. :p

My puppy is a time keeper....

I was just thinking about posting a thread about my puppy. He just turned 13 weeks on Monday and he loves being the center of attention. When I go downstairs to workout in the morning, he gives me exactly 30 minutes and then starts barking to let me know he needs attention. All he wants is tummy scratches... he doesn't need to go outside or eat, just love.

We've been doing this same routine for the past two weeks. :) I'm hoping that as he gets older, he'll give me up to an hour. In the meantime, I have adapted by doing vids that are about 30 minutes long. Stac

I think the puppy was saying, "Umm, you do realize you are surrounded by glass yet you are choosing to swing that kettkebell around as if you were standing in a meadow. Come on, man, show some common sense."

Either that or the workout mat was his piddle pad and he wanted to use it.
