Fierce Day 4, Booty Builder//Glute Workout and Classical Stretch Season 12, Episode 16, Neck Pain Relief. I've had a headache in the back of my head/neck that started during one of my workouts. I wonder if it is because my arms were so sore from the new workouts. Anyway, I like this Classical Stretch because everything is done in a relaxed way. I hope it helps.
