The Firm - Total Sculpt Plus Abs

Cathe Live #305 Burn Sets Heavy Legs Express. This is a tough, short, basic workout. It has a cardio factor too. Got the job done in under 40 minutes! Edited to add that I did 100 KB swings and some stretching after Cathe. In the p.m. I did Classical Stretch Lymphatic System Full Body Workout with Jenny Bertrand. I figured since I'm on winter break, I may as well get in a few extra workouts when I can. I was surprised at how tough the Classical Stretch workout was. It moved very slow but I worked up a sweat.

The Firm: Basics - Sculpting With Weights (Tracie Long) 45 m

(I haven't done this workout since the late 90s and back then, I found it too easy and didn't use it often. Today, using 8 lb dumbbells, I enjoyed the workout. It will be good to use on "lighter" days.)

(This was fun, except the second song -- the dance movements were too slow I jogged during the song to keep my heartrate up.)

Glad you enjoyed it! This workout was my introduction to the Firm and using weights at home. It was really hard for me at first, but I stuck with it and got so much stronger! I only had it on VHS and never reaquired it on DVD, so I'm curious to do this workout again! I haven't done it since sometime in the early 2000s. I have so many of Tracie's workouts now and love her!

I think you may find Sculpting with Weights too easy now, and you may prefer to use it when you want an easier workout.
