Pumpkin Protein Bites
 

With fall quickly approaching I'm noticing more pumpkin and pumpkin spice products available at the store. I stumbled across this recipe for Pumpkin Protein Bites on Pop Sugar's site and can't wait to try it! :D

So I made these pumpkin protein bites a couple of times now. I like them as they aren't too sweet and it is convenient that they are small so you can have one and satisfy a sweet tooth! I did find that when combining the ingredients for the balls that I needed to add a little bit of almond milk as it was so thick. Other than that, the recipe is a winner! Added bonus...these pumpkin bites keep me regular!
