Free Angie Gorr Workout on YouTube
 

I was browsing around YT this morning and found this Angie Gorr workout, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xt8FtTBePgk. It looks like a total body interval/weight workout. I'm not familiar with her, but I know she's released some DVDs. This looks like a solid, quick workout. It's on her channel, so it's a sanctioned release.

I'll probably do this tomorrow.

It looks to be from her Ultimate Sweat and Tone dvd. I don't have it...but if I enjoy this, I might just get it so I can have the whole upper body section.
