Power Music Group RX

I started a thread a couple days ago which I can't find about Power Music Group RX dvds to see if anyone had tried them. Nobody responded. So, being the vidiot that I am, I bought a couple. I bought War and Boot. Let me tell you, if you like Les Mills instructor dvds, you will like these. I did War last night. I think it is harder than Combat. The music is great. It is not by the original artists, but it sounds like it. Customer service was terrific. I got my order 2 days after ordering and a really nice note telling me how much they appreciated my business. I will do Boot today. It looks like a bootcamp type workout, but on one of the previews, an exerciser was using a kettlebell. So, I'll let you know and I plan on buying the rest. They have a spin class, step and strength as well.

Looks interesting. Are these DVD workouts or just the music?

Thanks for posting about these. I think I am going to order some of the cycling workouts. They look great! :music:

They come with a music cd, a dvd and choreography notes.

Do you have to be an instructor to purchase?

I used to purchase a lot from Power Music and you didn't have to be an instructor back then.

Nope. I did ask about a month or so ago if they sold the DVDs without all the extra stuff, and that's not an option. I never bit the bullet, if I really liked the few I wanted to try, then I could see a lot of money being spent! LOL :p

When ordering, I never saw anywhere where you had to be an instructor. They are definitely geared towards instructors though.
