Group RX RIP

Has anyone heard of/used any of the Power Music Group RX workout videos? I came across them today on a blog and they looked similar to Body Pump type WOs. They also had some spin WOs. They were a bit pricey.

TIA,

I have them and they're good. Very, very similar to Body Pump (I'm a Body Pump instructor). I don't consider them pricey at all. They are the same price Body Pump instructors pay for their sets. Pricey is what people pay for the sets on eBay!

I want to buy these, but I have been waiting for Power Music to have an active discount code. So far, no luck! :(

I don't know how much longer I can wait!!! ;)

TOO LATE! I already caved!

All it takes is a thread like this to push me over the edge! ;)

You can accumulate points, just like we do on Mary's site. They can add up fast. Not that I'm trying to enable anyone :D

Can someone explain this in detail..Is this a download or do you get a DVD? Also which ones are the best? There seem to be so many? Thanks!

It is a set, just like Les Mills Body Pump and other programs. You get a DVD, a Music CD (the music from the workout) and a choreography booklet. RIP is like Body Pump, Revolution is like RPM (spinning).

It's a CD, DVD and choreo notes...just like the Les Mills/Turbo Kick instructor packs.

Only 3 are RIPPED. The others are for cycling and the newest volume of cycling does NOT include a DVD--just sound track & choreo notes. (Hence the $29.99 price as opposed to $39.99)
