What are some super-simple step workouts?
I'm looking for low intensity, low low impact step workouts. I want to do them on the floor. My knee can't handle a step. One of my favorites is the Kathy Smith Step Workout from 1992, so I'm looking for something similar in terms of easiness.

Try Jenny Ford's newest dvd...the Step by Step workout is the best ever! I  it! (see a clip here http://www.totalfitnessdvds.com/Jenn...Card-p/243.htm)

KCM's Cardio Blast has a modifier showing the moves without a step.

You may like Gin Miller's "Everybody Steps."
I do most of her step workouts on the floor. Her step workouts are practically the ones I ever do :D Take care, Sherry |
I love Gilad's step workout! The bright beach scenery is relaxing and the workout itself is not complicated.

Shapely Girl Let's Get Stepping is about as simple as it gets. It is comparable to the simplicity of a walking workout but with the added intensity of the step. I like it!

Kari Andersons Go workout is easy to follow and there is a modifier that works out on the floor- very clear cues, I just did it today and it is about 45 minutes long. I love it.

There is an oldie but goodie VHS workout by Donna Richardson called Step and Awesome Abs. The stepping is very basic, and the workout already includes some moves on the floor. Cathe's Basic Step and her Low Impact Step are also very straightforward.

It you prefer something closer to Kathy Smith step, I suggest Gilad's Step Aerobics, which is also a lot of fun. |
Christi Taylor's (oh my, now I can't remember the exact name and I was there when it was filmed!) Steppin' Just for Fun or something close to that. She purposely made it easy so it would be 'fun.'
