Come Join the 2022 VF New Year’s 24 Hours of Fitness Marathon!
 

2021 has been a challenging year, and we need to start the New Year in a hopeful, uplifting way. Here at VF, we have a tradition that kicks off the New Year in a fun way.

For the past 20 years, we've been doing a 24 hour exercise marathon on New Year's Day. Everyone chooses a one-hour time slot (or more), does a workout, and then posts what they did afterwards. Since we have people in all time zones, there is always someone somewhere in the world doing a workout.

Who would like to participate? Which time slot(s) would you like?

I'll post a schedule below in EST (since that's the time zone in which VF is based), and hopefully, we'll be able to fill the full 24 hours. Please let me know your time zone or check here: http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/

We will begin at midnight, Friday, December 31st and go all through Saturday, January 1, 2022.

Please feel free to PM me or post whichever time slot(s) you would like to take. It's fine to share time slots, so please take any time that works for you. (You can also take more than one time slot.)

We need VFers from all over the world to participate!

I was JUST thinking about this yesterday and hoping you would start us off again on the right foot for the new year. :)

Every year, I want to take a time slot, but, for some unknown reason, never do. :confused:

I want to be part of the "team" this year, though, :o so I'll take 10PM.

I've been watching for this. I think I've done every year, along with quite a few VFers.

I'll take midnight, since it's 9pm here and I can work in my usual pre-bed stuff after dinner and before we start celebrating. And I can come back and fill in an empty slot later in the day since that will be the next day for me.
