Formula 55 Feel the Burn (3/5 dumbbells) (~50m)
I needed to make some changes so I could complete Formula 55 more comfortably. So, instead of pushups, I did chest presses and instead of tricep dips, I did dumbbell tricep kickbacks. It worked out so much better for me. This workout is also fast-paced, and I worked out at about 90% of the class pace. Anyway, I think I'm done with Formula 55 for the year. I need to move on. ;) |
