Did anyone get this bellyfit season 2 update?
I received this through my email today.
Dear Marlene, I want to sincerely thank you, both for your pre-purchase of BellyfitTV Season 2 and for your patience with its delivery. Anyone who runs a business, knows that things don't always go as you plan, this is one of those times and we sincerely apologize for the delay. With Season 1, we were able to stick with a very consistent, weekly release schedule and we expected this season would be the same. What we didn't consider was the fact that for Season 1 we had all the music licensed already and for Season 2 we're licensing all new music as we go along. We underestimated the amount of time, energy and resources that licensing 12 new music mixes would take and it's due to this aspect of the project that we're several weeks behind our anticipated release schedule. We are planning to have Episode 7 published by the end of this week and will be aiming for a bi-weekly release for the remaining episodes 8-12. So, with all that said, I can promise that you'll receive the videos you've purchased and we sincerely appreciate your support and patience. You'll be the first to know when new episodes are released. I also received it. It has been frustrating, I agree. But having met Alice and done a class with her, I feel a bit more patient as she was so welcoming and sweet in person.

It is not the delay but the customer service that I am disappointed with. Bellyfit is unique in my workout categories, so I look forward to get them in my library. Tricia |
