I’m going to try this when I get back from walking my dog. I have not seen this one before.

This was a nice little weight workout. Pretty basic, but I enjoyed it. Jenny Ford appears much taller than Kathy Smith and I thought Kathy was 5’9”. Does anyone know how tall Jenny is?

Wow, yes, Kathy is pretty tall. I don't know how tall Jenny is, but I have a female cousin who is 5'11", so--Jenny could be about that height or taller.

I only knew about this one after doing a YouTube search for Jenny's workouts and it was around the same time I purchased her walking program set. Still haven't tried it yet, though. ;)

I've done that one a couple of times. It is a pleasant strength workout. Thanks for the reminder!

I'm pretty sure Jenny is 6' even. I have deduced that from comments about shoes, she loves shoes apparently, and is 6'4" in 4" heels, so.....
