Where did you get to choose which class? I signed up and received an email to my first class which is "Vitality."

Thank you so much for sharing! I just received the Vitality class :-) The email said they will be sending a yin and a meditation class within the next couple of days.

I got vitality too. I assume I can pick what I want. But I'm grateful. I don't do 60 mins of yoga though...
