Breathless Body 3 HIIT - Had to get this one after the raves recently on VF:sun:

Lastics - A Mind & Body Stretching Technique The clip on Mary's shown a lot of feedback on stretching technique, plus there are 3 15-minute stretching routines. Sounded like something I could use, as I am trying to do a lot more stretching. I have a couple others of her's and I use to do them frequently.

I really was in the mood to buy, looked and looked but couldn't find anything I wanted. Kind of makes me sad.

I didn't really see anything I wanted in the sale BUT last week the weekly sale was Virtual Active and I bought four more (I already have lots!). I enjoy jogging on my rebounder to VA workouts and I prefer the DVDs because you have the choice of guided or "basic" (no cues) options.

I got Prevention Flat Belly Yoga with Kimberly Fowler, Lower Body Pilates with Jillian Hessel and Jenny Ford Checkout Workout.
