I agree with this.

I hate HIIT. I am lazy and don't want to work that hard. :o I'd rather spend hours doing steady state. I'll do the bursts, as Tugger mentioned, but I don't do true HIIT. I'm injured and am limited on what I can do but even if I wasn't, I still wouldn't be doing HIIT. I think my laziness overcomes my desire to lose fat. :p
