Could anyone help me rank Tracy Anderson’s non-meta/continuity dance cardio from least to most complicated choreography?

Dance + Aerobics
Cardio Dance Express

Also, is Beginner Dance Cardio the same workout as Dance Cardio for Beginners?

I don’t know any of the beginner ones because I never did those. In my opinion teen would be easiest, dance aerobics from 2007 would be next, then original dance cardio, then dance cardio 2 and then unleash your popstar.
