Cardio Intervals in JNL Fusion

Is it ok to substitute your own cardio intervals without taking away too much from the program or does the cardio involve some important sequencing and toning stuff?

Thanks!

You can do you own cardio intervals without taking away too much. But JNL do sequence the cardio to match the body part worked. These burn out the muscle worked to a higher degree. For example if is lower body, she do lower body plyos. If it is upper body, you are on plank doing some type of cardio as mountain climbers for example, ect. Maybe someone who is doing the program currently can give more info and corroborate my flashback:)

A few weeks ago I was doing JNL for only upper, while doing barre for lower, but my legs and glutes were always sore because her cardio was lower body intensive.
