Which one to do LOL
So Facebook is down, so I can't ask this there :)
I'm trying to decide which workout to do today I'm doing the Peloton Power Zone challenge. 3 rides a week. But I also want to toss in a couple other workouts a week. Which to do today. The first of my 3 Power Zone rides this week, or one of my Firm Classics, either Vo 1 or Vo 2. HELP! |
Firm Classic 1. Should always have a "check in" with yourself in the winter. Can you get through this classic, time honored workout?

I was going to do FirmVo1, But I got hit by a nice leg cramp, so I didn't do either.
I did a 2 mile Leslie workout. Better than sitting around. Tomorrow I'll do the ride cause I have to get my 3 in for the week. And maybe Friday I'll do Vo1. |
