The Firm- Cardio Inferno. I discovered this was recently posted on YT. I had this workout years ago, but donated it away. I decided to try it again to see if I still disliked it. I thought it wasn't too bad until I made it to the last cardio section. Lots of 80s feeling high impact cardio. Yeah, that's why I donated it.
Finished my workout with an Ilaria Montagnani Bodystrikes Lean Lower Body Workout from YT. Only 11 minutes but tough! And Omar's personality really shines in this quick workout! |

Michelle Bridges - Tight, Toned, Terrific - various parts
DVD functions like a 10 min solutions - pick your parts to make a workout then hit play. Wish Cathe would offer this feature. Her older Mix & Match option are sort of like that, but after each chapter you choose, it jumps back to the 'pick a chapter' menu & you use the remote to pick the next bit - never get the 'flow' of a workout - feels choppy. |
