I've been out of commission for much of this week due to allergies/sinus infection. It has been really weird because I've had so much pressure in my eyes with them being red and sensitive. I was really fatigued, too. But hopefully I'm past it now. I was able to work out today. :D

Tough day. didn't want to do it but I got through it.
What I like about this workout is that most exercises don't require weights. I picked them up for calf work.
