Classical Stretch Lymphatic System
 

I'm curious if anyone started this program yesterday. What are your thoughts? TIA

I watched some of it. Miranda did a talk explaining the lymphatic system and how Essentrics aids in the circulation and flushing of lymphatic fluids. I briefly looked the class she did yesterday. Basic Essentrics with her talking throughout about the benefits regarding Essentrics and lymph. It wasn't really any different than any of her classes.

Miranda looks great. I can't believe she is 73!

I am going to watch it.

Miranda has a nice calming voice that I need to hear. I guess it's my after work cocktail.:)

I started this one. I really wish there was an essentrics class near me to learn proper form for some of the moves. I get frustrated and give up when I can't seem to get the moves. I have done all the tutorials, but still doesn't always feel right. I am going to try and stick with this one to see if I get any results with aches and pains.

Where do you live? I know several Texas instructors.
