Back in action. The concert went well and I'm glad it's over and I can concentrate on my Friday and Easter music.
Check-in: 21 Day Fix Total Body Cardio. Wore my Skate Attack knee guards for those surrenders. |
Still battling with this cold, so I didn't go too hard. A 20-minute standing upper body from YouTube instructor fitbymik, followed by a 10-minute cardio from Audrey Koomar.

Been really busy getting ready for Passover, but did my shoulder rehab and yoga class today. It was a really hot day here, in the 80s, which was crazy. DS arrives tomorrow and I have to start my cooking.
