Cathe: Perfect 30 Pump Upper Body (I picked this workout because I wanted to hit all the ub muscles in 30 minutes, but it took me longer because my lifting speed was slower than Cathe, and I had to rest longer between exercises.)
Hopefully, I'll get faster in the future. |
