Thanks for the link and recommendation. It’s one of my goals for the new year to do more yoga and meditation and this is the perfect challenge. I actually just started today. So I did Monday’s routine before my workout this morning. And then did today’s after my cycling class. Holding the hips poses today was exactly what I needed.
