Your Favorite Youtube Channels?
What Youtube Channel's do you frequent for your workouts? It can be for any type of cardio, weights, pilates, yoga....anything. I like variety.
I have been using Yoga with Adriene & Jessica Smith TV lately for ease of use in finding things to do quickly. I find I get overwhelmed with my Video collection and since I've gotten older, all of the Hardcore/Extreme items I've collected from when I when younger are no longer what I need or want so I depend on outside sources of workouts. Thanks in advance. |
Aside from Jessica Smith, I really like the Do Yoga With Me channel... and there are so many more I haven't had time to explore!

I just wish Jessica wasn't so fond of circuits for strength--I've never liked them and now if somebody says "third round" I'm ready to push stop. I like a lot of her other offerings though.

I also like Jenny Ford's channel, lots of step workouts available there. |
I'm a perpetual beginner, so keep that in mind. I love Leslie's channel: https://www.youtube.com/user/walkathomemedia and Denise's channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC-D...M8kbaHjLbvoF_w
I subscribe to get notifications when they post new videos. |
Besides Jessica and Adriene I like Pahla Bowers, Jenny Ford, and CocoLime Fitness.
