Yesterday I spent 3 1/2 hours doing yard and garden clean up and today I'm a bit sore. So I FINALLY opened Yoga Burn Monthly Month One: Restorative Yoga. I've had this for over a year and decided today was the day to try it! I did week 3 practice 1 & 2 and felt so relaxed. All the stretching was just what my body needed! :love:
