Cathe Live Update
 

Great News Everyone! CatheLIVE is back on starting next Thursday February 16th at 9:30am EST! Thank you for your support and patience as I went through my first seven weeks of shoulder recovery with my sling on. After yesterday’s appointment with the surgeon, I was cleared to remove the sling and therefore now feel more balanced and stable to coach you through CatheLIVE! I still have several months ahead of me before I can use resistance bands and or weights with my shoulder. In fact, I still have very limited range of motion to use my arm in everyday life….but that doesn’t mean YOU can’t work work! So let’s get started next Thursday with you doing the work and me doing the “one-armed” coaching 🤣!

As always, I’ll announce what we’ll be doing for CatheLIVE the day before so be on the lookout for that announcement next Wednesday.

So excited to see you Thursday February 16th 😍!!!

Yay!!! I hope she takes it easy. We will "work work" for her!
