I certainly did not become any kind of yoga vidiot ... in the years of yoga practice I've been doing (and NO studio attendance since about a year) because most of the people I've met teaching me vinyasa yoga (live classes) were born 20 years too late to fulfill their actual destiny: AEROBIC DANCE! ... I'm the better for having (as a middle aged person) met those drill sergeants, though ... :sun:

But a borderline old school cardio dance vidiot is what I've become ... Taylor Swift is ahead of the curve (except at least here on the East Coast ...) ...

Love this song! It was pretty hilarious paired with that aerobics clip...those champions sure do have a lot of enthusiasm for their sport! :p

It kind of spans 5 generations and brings anachronism to a high art ...

Also, that song has the driving 140 b.p.m., 4/4 beat that's hardly seen a syncopation it likes unlike much of 1980s music proper... which was rife with syncopation--(e.g. most Luther Vandross in aerobics class--when the instructor goes, "Just hold it right theeeere ... ") ... certainly does not hurt ...

I would buy that DVD.;) On second thought, I'd probably get annoyed with the poor cueing.
