Be for Caroline Girvan….
Before I started her workouts I was so bored of weight training and uninspired (had always done Cathe workouts for weight training).
Now I am weight training 4 to 5 times a week with her. I was unable to do the monkey bars last year and yesterday I did 7 rungs and then 5. Felt like a huge accomplishment . I have been putting muscle on again at 55. My legs are so much stronger then they have ever been . She brings me joy. |
