Was this Fanny Lifter workout ever released?

It looks like they were rebranding the FL as the "body trainer" (wise move, lol). Looks good but I can't seem to find any other hint of it out there. Led by Allie.

Did anyone ever have this workout?

I own it. Haven’t done it in ages. I think I got it from Mary’s site.

I also own it on dvd, though I couldn't swear I've ever done it!

I have it. I think I reviewed it in the reviews section.
Great workout!

Oh, come on y'all!

Don't you know the proper response to any query about a hard-to-find video is: "It's the absolute worst! You don't want it!"

:p :p

Well, if anyone out there wants rid of theirs, you know where to find me. ;) I have a stack of trades to offer...

I don't know if the actual "Body Trainer" (aka rebranded FL) was ever released, but I do own that workout, and it is TOUGH. I'm not even sure what makes it tough compared to the original Fanny Lifter workouts. A lot more cardio, I think, plus some complicated choreography. You definitely use the unit more as a cardio step than as a strength tool in this one. I do like it, but I have to modify aalllllll the way down, even though I've been doing the FIRM consistently for literally 25 years.

Ohhhh. Well...maybe it's not for me, lol. :D
Actually I just found a longer clip from Totalfitness and it does seem to have a lot more cardio than I prefer. I might pass for the time being. Build up to it. ;)

Yeah, if you like more of BSS1 style, you will probably not like this. But I love Allie and am a completist so I honestly try to collect every single FIRM workout I can, even if I don't like them. ;)

The cardio is a lot of fun though-using the different size steps and marching around them, up and down. I was a lot younger woman then i used to be when I did it though, lol!
