I recently acquired a couple of War workouts that are available on the Power Music site and they were really great workouts! I'm thinking about trying a RIP workout with their Black Friday sale. Has anyone done one of these?

They're very similar to Body Pump. Actually, they're the same as Body Pump. ;) They follow the exact same format. So if you like Body Pump, you'll also like RIP.

Where did you see the sale info? I was just looking and couldn't find anything about it. I bought a bunch of RIPs during a sale they had over the summer, so it's not like I really *need* any more. :music:
