Kiki Flynn ("Kiki Says")?

I ran across one of her videos while doing a search about TMJ (jaw pain). She is quite a character. Annoying and yet fascinating at the same time! :p

I did a search and couldn't find any threads about her here on VF.

ETA: Sorry for the double thread. The forum had a hiccup when I posted.

I've watched her videos...she's fun! :D I think I was searching for yoga. I've taken some of her tips..like using sesame oil in nasal passages to keep them moist. I did this during the winter (anything to prevent that nasty flu that was going around..!) and I didn't get a cold or flu so it can't hurt. Apparently, that's a yoga tip. Mainstream doctors say to use saline spray. She also inspired me to use a tongue cleaner..she's right, once you've seen how clean it gets, then you can't go back! I haven't done any of her short yoga clips though..I just got so entertained by her beauty, diet, health tips..lol..

Rubbing oil in the nostrils is called nasya. Neti, then nasya (I used coconut oil). It was a big helper last winter.

And thanks for the link - Kikki is a trip! She's got some ... ahem, nauli kriya. :D

All due respect to Kiki, (and no respect due dry-brushing guru, Teresa Tapp), I did dry skin brushing twice a day for six months. It feels good and makes the skin soft. It did nothing for my cellulite or stretch marks. It did not tighten the skin. YMMV, of course! :)

For body exfoliation, I prefer the Japanese Salux cloth:

Someone here at VF posted this link a while back about the correct way to skin brush: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AZfMhXsjXeQ I have been using it ever since and love it (for health benefits and soft skin)

Kiki is a riot! :)

Her skin looks great too and she uses items you can get at the health food store...clay and oils. I'm sooo much of a product junkie though!!

Alta, those salux cloths look wonderful - bookmarking to buy some on pay day!
