dog days rowing challenge!

this is one of the best challenges to get you back into rowing

each week is a little more distance

it's also an excellent time to break in rowing shoes :)

I will join you! I purchased my rower in January, and I haven't used it to its full potential. This will be great to get back into the swing of things, thank you!

I found a good deal on a WaterRower on Craigslist and I'm picking it up this weekend. Does anybody know where i can find some good beginner level rowing workouts?

Thanks. I'm looking forward to getting into rowing. I assume any of the Concept 2 workouts can still be done just fine using a Water Rower?

Anyone have a great place to buy a Concept 2? I am looking at Rogue Fitness who I like dealing with, but just doing some due diligence to see if I can find a better price since it's some pretty serious scratch.

Thanks!!
