Prevention Flat Belly Barre DVDs
 

I just read on Instagram that Suzanne Bowen is filming three DVDs for a Prevention Flat Belly Barre program. I didn't see any details on the release date. Suzanne did say that those of us who like 30 minute workouts will love these.

I liked Ellen's Prevention workouts, they were very doable. I only like easy barre, hope these are doable too.

Same here, I liked her Prevention Flat Belly Walks. Not sure if I will order as I do have plenty of barre DVDs. I suppose that these DVDs will be sold by Rodale, which is an unpleasant experience for many people.

I know, that is the downside to the project, dealing with Rodale.
