Late to the Lift & Shift Party

I just read Jessica's new email about Lift & Shift and watched the previews. Hmmm. Different than her other strength workouts, which I've never clicked with. I'm actually intrigued. I'm sure all of this has been discussed in detail before, but may I just ask a few questions ....

If I register, do I get access to all of the workouts so I can do any of them at any time? I wouldn't plan to follow her schedule.

Does my access to the workouts end with this round of the program ends, or does my $97 actually buy the workouts and I have access forever? I'm just looking for some different workouts.

Thanks and, sorry, I should know all this. ;)

No problem, these are common questions.

Yes, you have access to all the workouts and can do them anytime you want. And you have access to them forever, similar to purchasing her other workouts on digital.

They are different than any of her other strength workouts. They are much tougher, but you can shorten the workouts. I would skip the second set and fast forward.

I'm interested in this, too! Glad you asked! I was also wondering if they can be played on Roku. Does anyone know?

Hope some others will share reviews!

I have also been wondering if this is worth doing if I already have WS3.

I have to admit, I watched the clip announcing the start of a new round and I'm tempted. I recently finished Jessica's 4 Weeks of Fusion rotation and enjoyed it.

Hello! Yes, you can play it on Roku using the Purple Player Roku app. I have not had any problems this way.

Oh man, looking at the previous link to the thread that was posted above I was a bit harsh...with my long list of complaints. I should go back and delete many of those! I was really a cranky pants, lol! Jessica is a sweetheart and doesn't deserve such a rant from me! ;-)

My biggest frustration was with Purple Player and my slow connection trying to workout in my basement.

I think since the first release, they made it so you could FF, RW or pause when the longer workouts were too much.

I normally love Jessica's workouts, but these were some of my least favorite...at the time.

And, I did eventually get a refund.

Had these been available on DVD...perhaps so.
