Beachbody Ultimate Portion Fix

Autumn has a new program coming out April 1, 2019. It’s an update to 21 Day Fix and 21 Day Fix Extreme. They filmed “new” workouts that are in real time like 80 Day Obsession. Looks like there was early coach purchasing but it opens to everyone on March 18. Price for just the base kit is $119.

I’m thinking of buying the base kit. I know we can’t discuss the diet aspect but I’m intrigued with the new cookbook and more in depth guidance.

The workouts only will be available on demand May 31.

Thank you!

The more I read the description, it looks like the workouts will be “live streamed” and not pre-filmed. I hope they’re like Cathe Live and archived so you can do them on your own time schedule.

I liked how they uploaded a week at a time of 80 Day Obsession and LIIFT4 so you could download them in the Beachbody app. You didn’t have to worry about internet issues with so many people accessing at the same time.

This looks good-thanks for heads up!

The other cool thing is that Autumn introduced the crew that will be filming with her and Kat (her modifier from 21 day fix) will be the modifier for both of the new versions of 21 day fix and 21 day fix extreme.

I really enjoyed 80do but have never done 21df- are the workouts very different?

The OP said they'll be generally available on demand May 31 so I'm sure they will be archived. :)

The original 21 Day Fix workouts are intermediate and have an awesome modifier (Kat who has been a backgrounder on lots of videos, and it looks like she is returning). They are also about 30 minutes long, unlike 80 DO. They are cardio, upper body, lower body, Pilates, Total Body, Cardio w/some light weights, and Yoga. Not lower body focused like 80 DO. HTH.

Autumn says that this time around she is going to show ways to increase or change the intensity. She said a lot of people’s questions were always how to move off a plateau after multiple rounds. So maybe these newer versions will be more intermediate/low advanced.

It helps a lot! I'm nursing a knee injury and I cringe at the thought of all those surrender squats like in 80do.

Thanks!
