21 Day Fix

I saw a friend yesterday after two months and she looked fantastic. She was always in good shape but had taken it up a notch. She said she and her husband do 21 Day Fix during the week, then go to the gym every Sunday. The workouts look like fun. Only half an hour. I don't need to lose weight nor would I spend money for this program, but thought someone here might be interested.

The Beach Body 21 Day Fix is a GREAT program. There were a few threads when the set first came out a couple of years ago and even a check in. :) Here's one of the threads:

Do they do only the 21 Day Fix workout during the week or do they also follow the diet plan during the week as well?

21 Day Fix is a great workout/ nutrition program that really simplifies things for the average person that wants to lose weight and get in shape. A lot of people have no idea where to start. This program lays it all out. There are some amazing transformations on Facebook.

I've done 4 rounds of 21DF and one round of extreme. I really love the original...:)

Pie ~ You stated you've done 4 rounds of 21DF. What have your results been? I'm really liking what I see, but I've felt this way before and regretted the purchase of other fitness programs.

I'm currently using Les Mills Combat. I really like it and can modify without feeling like I'm missing out.

I enjoy the fix and have done a couple rounds of the extreme
My challengers on average lose 8-15 pounds and 3-4 inches in the first round
I really like the meal plan as you don't starve and I always feel full and jts all healthy foods. It's really changed the way I eat
I like that they are thirty minutes but still are very challenging and effective

If you are on Facebook I have a free group where I post tons of really great healthy recipes that are fix approved and delicious :)

Good luck! If you have more questions I'm happy to help answer them

I am 66, and did 3 rounds of 21 day fix and felt great! I did not use the containers but I was not looking to lose weight, just workout and live to workout another day.
I also have 21 day fix extreme and liked a few of the workouts on that set as well.
I think they are great 30 minute workouts and I like to add on a 30 minute stretch, so good for my age group.

dnna ~ I'm 51 and you have just inspired me to give it a try! I'm actually wanting to use the containers. I used to weigh, measure, and journal my intake. I lost over 50 lbs but all that work became tiring. Putting it in the containers takes a lot of the work out of the process and simplifies it.

And I love 30 minute routines. Exactly what I need. I will do 45 minutes now and then, but not daily.

I did 2 rounds and lost 7 lbs. which was just right. Enjoyed them and now think I am going to do another round after reading all of the above.
