Kat and 21DF

Past, present, and future Fix-ers may be interested in seeing/hearing Kat talking about 21DF on youtube. Kat is the modifier in every 21 Day Fix workout (not in Extreme). There are several vids - just search under her name, Kat Napolitano.

Thanks for sharing that! I was just going to take a quick peek, but she has a great sense of humor and I ended up watching all of her short videos. Maybe I'll do a round a round of 21DF next month when I finish my Jessica Smith rotation.

I'm just curious so NO one blast me for this. Has Kat lost weight by doing 21 DF? Has she tried to lose weight? Does she want to lose weight?

It looks like she's trying, Sue. She posted about starting her second round two months ago. I tried to watch a few, but she says "amazing" too much. I hate that word. It has to go. haha

I thought she was a professional modifier?

lorajc 09-03-15 10:52 AM

A professional modifier doesn't have to be overweight........people modify workouts for other reasons, injury that is permanenent comes to mind, like herniated discs, one of the things you are supposed to do for those to stay healthy is workout, but of course modified.

Also, would like to add that losing weight is very hard and not everyone has the mind set, or whatever is needed to succeed...its a very personal struggle and many people try and can't lose weight.
