I'm going to try to do a week of mostly Cathe. I did Yoga Relax last night and enjoyed it very much :heart:
Today I decided to visit a Cathe 2 DVD set (Total Muscle Sculpting & Total Body Stretching) that I picked up at a thrift store in 2020 for under a dollar. I was happy to have found it, but read reviews here and decided against doing it. So it sat unloved in a corner for a couple of years. I did the total body workout on Total Muscle Sculpting. It was a short workout and much easier than most of Cathe's workouts. It was just what I needed. I still got a decent workout using the light weights. Afterwards, I did the first stretching program from Total Body Stretching. I mistakenly thought it had the same workouts as StretchMax. I enjoy Cathe's stretching workouts and am happy to have found 3 new ones! |
