Bizzie Gold - New DVD- Beginners

have never used these , but I think this would be good for me?

With Buti® Rise we wanted to create a workout series that will truly help beginners learn proper yoga alignment cues and postures before we introduce various primal movements and elements that make Buti® dynamic, creative and unique. At the end of this 3-disc series you’ll be ready to take your practice to the next level by joining us on our Online Streaming Channel or by becoming a certified BUTI® instructor.

There are a bunch of threads about her workouts:

I am sorry I cannot help with an opinion. I have never tried them.

Buti used to be a thing here a few years back, but I haven't seen much on it lately. A beginner's program is a good idea. Do you know if there are any sample clips?

I tried Buti myself but didn't like how little clothing she wore and some of the camera angles. Buti has some sexy hip grinds and with the skimpy outfits, it was hard for me to take. I wonder if she's wearing more clothes these days?

Buti is not a great place to learn yoga, and they are not particularly a good workout, but! they can be fun. Here are a couple sample workouts for beginners.

And here some workouts that Bizzie has shared in the past:

My daughter is a huge buti fan, even attends local classes, but for me the workouts are way too advanced Even the beginner ones are hard(for me).Plus I feel that alot of buti poses even at the beginning level are advanced!

I am not a yoga fan, I find it boring and a waste of my workout time. But.. I love Buti, it is fun and I can laugh at myself as I do not look as sexy as Bizzie.. but I try. Buti is challenging but easy to modify if needed. I like her as an instructor and I definitely feel good after. She has a beautiful body, as we all do and I love her look and message to women.
