KCM- Body Design- Stronger Leaner Lower (15 min.) KCM- Body Design- Yoga Flow Stretch. I started this workout and went through the flow twice when I realized that that was all this flow would be, one sequence done over and over. I ended up bailing on her flow and doing stretches for my legs since they were worked hard today. ;) |
