Angiefitnesstv has been doing 4 live workouts per week, hour long, super fun, variety of workouts. She also has been mixing 30 minute workouts...the variety is amazing... step, kickboxing, weights, pilates, yoga, rebounding, walking and more. She has fun music and challenging but very doable workouts. I'm addicted!

Tae Bo in quarantine
 

Billie Blanks Tae Bo Fitness offers a series of quarantine workouts. They're performed by Billie, his wife and their 11-year old daughter in their living room. Thanks for this! My German is very rusty and I might use some of these workouts to tune my ear. I laughed when I saw they're in Rosenheim. I spent a summer in southern Germany about 15 miles from Rosenheim. My friend and I were tired of the food in our village and decided we wanted a salad, so we ended up taking a train to Rosenheim because there was a McDonald's there, and that was the only place we could find a green salad. There may have been more to the story. It was many years ago, the details are fuzzy :o
