Shovel max! We didn't get as much snow as yesterday, but I did spend over an hour moving the snow out of the way.
Lift w/ Cee- 40-4-40 workout nine. I added 3 sets of 12 (on each leg) reverse lunges to give my legs a bit more work. Mady Morrison- 15 minutes stretch for the legs. |

Beautiful Day
It was 62 degrees here today, the sky was so blue and the birds were chirping so I headed out the door and by the time I got back to my apartment I’d walked 5 miles! Then I did Classical Stretch Season 14/13 and then threw in just the balance section from Jane Fonda’s Primetime PM Yoga. It was a good day.
