Did a Cathe LB Trisets workout I made from her Giant Sets workout.

(I needed to modify quite a bit, plus it used so much equipment -- seemed like there were equipment changes after each exercise :eek: I don't know how I managed to do the entire workout, even with mods, but I was determined to finish the workout.)

Lots of walking today. Walked my dogs this a.m., walked a client's dog this afternoon, and going back for another walk tonight. It was so nice to see my client's dogs- it's been about a year since I've seen them. They were so happy to see me and gave me lots of doggie kisses. :heart:
