Cathe posted on Facebook that she's offering free downloads of her "Cathe Live Legs Workout" that was filmed apparently shortly after the 2019 road trip.

It's 1.5gb, and an M4V video file.

She says it's a limited offer, so I think she'll limit it to a certain number of customers, so act quickly.

I haven't been able to stream her Four Seasons free live workouts, so this will be a nice option. I will have to put it on a USB stick to plug it into my smartTV in order to see it on the big screen.

I hope she keeps making these workouts more accessible for us, particularly since I'm a healthcare worker in a rural area without access to high-speed internet.
