Mari Winsor

Edited: On April 26, many condolences were written on Mari's Facebook page, but afterward her niece clarified that she had been admitted to Hospice and there was an early celebration of her life.

I apologize for sharing incorrect information.

I pulled out the good old bun and thigh workout the other day, how sad to hear about her passing. :(

Such sad news :( She seemed like such a genuine person and her workouts are very well thought out. She was prolific and brought Pilates to the mainstream for so many people.

well said.

she always brought a smile to my face with her positive energy. God Bless her family and also the people who carried on her studio.

ALS is such a trial for the patient and family.

Mari Winsor was a great inspiration for me. Her book, The Pilates Powerhouse, opened doors for me, back in the day. I am sorry to hear she has passed away.

I’ve been wondering how she’s doing and have been meaning to google to find out. So sad, but the end of what I’m sure was a horrible ordeal for her. RIP, Mari.

I have wondered how she was doing. We lost my mom to ALS on the 14th. It is truly an awful disease no one should have to endure. I'm sorry to hear Mari is gone too.

Could you post a link, please? I can't find anything. Thanks.
