Which Jessica Smith DVDs use a step or the small step?

She uses a step in the Walk Strong 3 dvds, and in Lift and Shift. There is one in Walk Strong 2, the Burn Fat and Have Fun dvd, called Stride and Step.

She also has three on You Tube.
